Resolutions

My new year’s resolutions:

  • Get a lampworking kit and learn how to make beads…
I’ve wanted to try lampworking for over a year, I finally have the money and a spare room to give it a go. Let’s hope I don’t burn down the house.
  • Get my health back on track…
Since about September I’ve gone down hill and it’s really starting to annoy me.
  • Reply to my emails…
I no longer want to be that person who never replies. (Note that this is the third year that I’ve said this)
  • Get my jewellery website up and running…
Since I’ve been sick, my jewellery website has been pushed back, I hope to have it up and running by the end of February. I also have a few other jewellery related plans that I’d like to implement.
  • Go on a holiday…
It’s been over five years since I went on a holiday and I really need one. I’m thinking Margaret River near the end of summer or Broome in the winter.

Stay safe, don’t drink and drive, and have a great new year everyone.

  1. And a damn fine New Year to you Kittaroo. Your post reminds me that I need to take a moment and think about the coming year and what i hope to accomplish. Things have been so damn chaotic of late, it would probably be just the thing to help get me back on track. I’m sure I’ll stick to very little of what I perscribe, but it’s the process that counts.

  2. I am so looking forward to your Jewellery site. That seems to be you focus, plus your health. As for the email…well hahaha we will see.. 😛

  3. Happy New Year to you, Kitta, I have resolved that I will not promise to do anything that I know I will not. Therefore, I willl have to put a lot more thought into what I will, may take until next year though. Best wishes on getting well and good luck on everything else.

  4. Happy New Year!

The only resolutions I’ll be concerned with are the megapixels on my digital photos… 😛 (sorry, bad pun).

  5. I feel for you with the email resolution. Maybe that should be one of mine. And I dont think you can find a much nicer place to holiday that Margs. Happy New Year.

  6. And a satisfiying new year to you too. I’m always lurking around reading your site and I wish you all th best with your resolutions.

And I know what you mean with the email thing!
