For me?
Posted on Wednesday, 17th March 2004 at 10:18pmAs walked into the kitchen this morning I was thinking “I’m thirsty and my throat hurts… Flowers. Huh? Flowers?!” Yes, there was a huge assortment of flowers, in a vase and with a monkey toy attached to it, waiting for me in the kitchen this morning. Me. The girl who’s only ever had people give her cheap ass bunches of flowers that are already dead and still have the “Reduced to $2″ on them. Even though there was no name on the card, I instantly knew it was from Ella because of what the card said:
“A worthy nomination, better luck next year. (P.S. Can I have some more points now haha)”
The nomination bit was about the bloggie awards and if you join the forum you’ll get what the points bit is about. Ella is the only point whore I know that would send me flowers. It was a nice surprise and I want to say a big thank you to Ella. You made my day dude!

I think the monkey looks really happy, like perhaps he is hiding something. But I guess we will never know. Stuffed monkeys can’t talk.

Unless I’m off my rocker, Ella is a female’s name. Therefore, she can only be referred to in the “dudette” context. And uhh, the monkey looks manical. Don’t sleep w/ that thing in the same room.

I am the point whore of ever!!!! I do think that monkey is cute though, and I’m glad the flowers are nice. Also, I am infact a dudette, but it’s just not the right thing to say.. like actresses are now referred to as ‘actors’ bah!
